A 22-year-old pacient, without psychiatric antecedents, treated in the “Prof. Dr. Al. Obregia” Clinical Hospital, Clinical Psychiatry VIII Section, in December 2017, presented for psychomotor agitation, complex auditory hallucinations, solilocvia, mystical delusional ideation, social withdrawal, bizarre behaviour, and hypnic disorders. The symptoms started approximately one month before, and accentuated progressively. We will focus on the characteristics of the debute (psychotic episode) of a rare autoimmune disease, such as antiphospholipid syndrome, and also on the patient’s prognosis.
